Allison has spent her entire career in the massage industry, gaining a deep understanding of wellness and the power of massage therapy. She’s committed to building strong relationships with clients and her team, fostering a positive, healing environment at Oak Haven.

Married to her high school sweetheart for over 20 years, Allison cherishes family time and the sense of community she helps cultivate. When she’s not at work or with her loved ones, you’ll find her planning her next adventure to cross another country off her list!

Claire
Accounts Payable

Claire began her career as a film graduate, working in Austin's vibrant live music and promotional film scene. After the high-energy demands of feature filmmaking left her burnt out, she sought a fresh start and found her new path at Oak Haven.

Starting as an Executive Assistant, Claire’s knack for organization quickly earned her a promotion to AP Clerk. She now applies her technical expertise to managing company accounts, payments, and vendor relationships, ensuring the staff stays supported and the clients relaxed.

While she’s no longer working for the limelight, Claire still earns her place in the credits by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She credits her career refresh to the support of her peers, and Oak Haven is proud to have her creativity and insight on the team!

Courtney
Social Media / Communications Coordinator

Courtney is our talented graphic designer and social media specialist at Oak Haven. With a degree from Texas State, she focuses on creating visuals that showcase the therapeutic benefits of alternative medicine and capture the essence of our community. Courtney’s work highlights the diversity and passion within Oak Haven, bringing our story to life through her designs and posts.

Outside of work, Court enjoys exploring Austin's awesome food scene, traveling to the beach, and lake outings with her husband, their baby boy Krew, and their two German Shorthair Pointer dogs. Her personal and professional lives are both driven by a deep appreciation for vibrant experiences and visual storytelling.

Desiree
Sales Director

Desiree is a retired professional dancer who has spent years performing on cruise ships and in New York. After a long and fulfilling career in the arts, Desiree decided to plant roots in Austin in 2021. She brings with her a wealth of experience from her past life as a marketing director in the fitness industry. 

In her free time, Desiree loves to stay active and keep moving. She can often be found hiking the nearby trails, running at Town Lake, or practicing yoga in one of Austin's many parks. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new places whenever she can. 

Desiree is excited to be starting a new chapter of her life in Austin and is looking forward to diving into the city's vibrant live music scene. She's eager to attend all the music festivals Austin has to offer and can't wait to experience all the city has to offer.

Hillary is a seasoned veteran in the massage industry and is adaptable in wearing multiple hats as she grows with our company.

She believes that there’s something special about working alongside massage therapists and feels a calming safety created by their nurturing personalities. So, each day she walks into work mirroring their energy and collaborating with some of her closest friends. In fact, her ability to unite others with positivity is why she calls Oak Haven her home away from home.

Hillary’s lessons of resilience are something that reverberates through our company at a higher pitch. She maintains our marketing and workplace as a haven for vision, new skills, and constant growth. At Oak Haven, she is a visionary for herself, our clients, our staff - but most importantly, her family.

Jeff, originally from Houston, TX, brings precision and heart to the corporate side of massage therapy. He believes in maintaining balance through meditation, walks, exercise, and the occasional round of golf. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting vinyl records, building Legos, and cheering on Houston sports teams. He’s also part of a cookoff team for the Houston rodeo and cherishes time spent with his nieces and nephews.

She is committed to promoting the benefits of massage and has integrated her core values of creativity, integrity, and service into her professional life. Jessica is both hardworking and empathetic, treating everyone with warmth and respect.

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her two children, including camping, beach trips, and visits to Disney World.

Meet Liv, born and raised in Austin, TX, Liv grew up surrounded by the world of massage, thanks to a lifelong influence from their LMT mom. With a passion for making a difference, they bring integrity, honesty, and a sprinkle of compassion to their work every day. Outside of HR, Liv loves watching all genres of film, cuddling with their dog, and embracing their inner martial artist—having once won first place in a region-wide karate tournament. A self-proclaimed potato enthusiast, they believe in the wisdom of Nelson Mandela: "I never lose. I either win or learn." And if you ask them? They're the best in the west—obviously.

Sara was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Before joining our team, she worked as a spa concierge which was also a field where her sole purpose was the relaxation of her clients. It’s been almost a decade since she officially entered the world of massage therapy. 

The biggest gift and the source of Sara's job satisfaction is the moment she gets to see the relaxation on a client's face after their session. She understands the power and effectiveness of massage therapy which can change not only the mood or physical condition of a person but also their whole life experience. 

Sara believes in living a purposeful life. To her, life is a one-time opportunity to create an impact in this world. When she's not working, Sara loves spending quality time with her pets and loved ones. 

Tessa
Controller

Tessa started her journey into the world of wellness as a dedicated Pilates instructor. She learned the ins-and-out of the business by owning her own studio and managing most of her corporate accounts. But when her 3 children went off to college, she sold the studio and began accounting to progress in a more technical career.

Though she enjoyed crunching numbers, she knew that she wanted to be a part of a company that didn’t isolate, but rather, helped her build meaningful relationships. So, when Tessa met Allison in 2020 sparks flew and something clicked! Having owned a business herself, they shared a mutual respect and similar vision for the company. She saw that Ally was driven and would never put her skillsets in a box. In fact, she was encouraged by the challenges the company faced and knew she could effect change on a macro-scale. And she did exactly that!

Today, Tessa stands as an integral part of the Oak Haven community through her accuracy and fluidity. She deeply respects the talent that surrounds her and has developed a collaborative process that supports her peers. We are beyond elated to have crossed paths with yet another businesswoman who inspires the heart of our company and advocates for its growth daily.

After spending 10 years as a stay-at-home mom, she was eager to re-enter the workforce and found the perfect fit with Oak Haven. With a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and wellness—and a background as a former ballerina—Valerie naturally gravitated toward the massage industry.Valerie is passionate about connecting talented professionals with meaningful careers at Oak Haven. A born-and-raised Texan and Texas State University graduate, she transitioned into recruiting after 10 years as a stay-at-home parent, eager to make an impact. Valerie values integrity, dedication, and building strong relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys great food, quality time with family, and embracing new opportunities.
