Sara was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Before joining our team, she worked as a spa concierge which was also a field where her sole purpose was the relaxation of her clients. It’s been almost a decade since she officially entered the world of massage therapy.
The biggest gift and the source of Sara's job satisfaction is the moment she gets to see the relaxation on a client's face after their session. She understands the power and effectiveness of massage therapy which can change not only the mood or physical condition of a person but also their whole life experience.
Sara believes in living a purposeful life. To her, life is a one-time opportunity to create an impact in this world. When she's not working, Sara loves spending quality time with her pets and loved ones.
Britney, a dedicated front desk team member, is passionate about helping others feel their best. Born and raised in San Antonio, Britney values integrity and loyalty and enjoys spending quality time with family. A big-time Packers fan and pasta enthusiast, Britney brings a welcoming and positive energy to every client interaction. Britney lives by the motto, "Live like there's no tomorrow!"

Meet Kathi, a front desk receptionist who is passionate about helping people seeking better health through the benefits of bodywork and creating a welcoming environment for clients. In her 20s, Sarah discovered the power of massages to improve blood circulation and alleviate muscle soreness, which led her to get regular massages. She then decided to enter the massage world to help others experience the same benefits. Positivity, integrity, kindness, loyalty, and responsibility are the values that drive Kathi in her work. She is a certified yoga teacher and holds certifications in human relations and self-realization therapy. In her free time, Kathi enjoys building Lego sets, practicing yoga, doing community service, and camping. She is originally from San Francisco, California, and is a huge Star Wars fan.

Drawn to the massage industry by its focus on wellness and self-care, Ros values being part of a space that helps others feel their best—body, mind, and spirit. Outside of work, they enjoy reading, exploring local coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with their beloved fur babies. For Ros, self-care means treating the body well and making time to recharge.

Her interest in massage therapy began after receiving bodywork to help with lower back pain, which sparked her curiosity about the techniques and the healing benefits of massage. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys taking care of herself through a thoughtful skincare routine and long walks. She loves spending time with her dog on hikes, diving into books of all genres, and taking road trips with friends on the weekends.
