Meet Kathi, a front desk receptionist who is passionate about helping people seeking better health through the benefits of bodywork and creating a welcoming environment for clients. In her 20s, Sarah discovered the power of massages to improve blood circulation and alleviate muscle soreness, which led her to get regular massages. She then decided to enter the massage world to help others experience the same benefits. Positivity, integrity, kindness, loyalty, and responsibility are the values that drive Kathi in her work. She is a certified yoga teacher and holds certifications in human relations and self-realization therapy. Mindy started working for Oak Haven in 2009, and her compassion and sincerity have never once wavered through her journey here- from front desk to lead, and now as an assistant manager, Mindy makes it her mission to give every single employee a safe place to share concerns, input, and ideas!
When she’s not in the office, you can find her on outdoor adventures with her husband and son. Concerts, reading, hiking… just about anything is richer and more vibrant out in nature for Mindy and her family.

Gina originally moved to the US from Numberg, Germany when she was 21 years old to be with the love of her life. All these years later, she now has six grandkids- all of whom have had extensive exposure to classic German cooking!
Before Gina started housekeeping for Oak Haven, she worked in homeless shelters and maintained clean environments that promoted safety and health. It was there that she realized what an important role a person’s surroundings play in their ability to heal.
She now maintains our space with the goal of promoting safety and healing to all who walk through our door- and we can’t thank her enough!

Lizzy was born in Del Rio and grew up in San Angelo, Texas. She was first introduced to massage therapy through a close friend, which sparked her interest in the wellness world. Health and balance are important to her, and she practices self-care by choosing nourishing foods, staying active with workouts and nature walks, and treating herself to relaxing pedicures. Outside of work, Lizzy finds joy in music—whether she’s singing, dancing, or simply listening—and cherishes time spent with her two cats, who she adores. She brings warmth and positivity to the Oak Haven team, helping create a space that feels comfortable and cared for.

When Martha was worn down by her office job, she started searching for something more… more spark, more excitement, more spirit. And that’s when she found Oak Haven!
Martha spends her time as the Housekeeping Manager, and we can’t tell if she was made for the job or if the job was made for her. From maintaining delivery schedules to resource management, there isn’t a challenge yet that could even phase her.
Martha’s unflappable demeanor also lends itself to her life outside of work- she hits the gym, hikes, reads, cooks AND volunteers. She knows anyone can fall on hard times, and giving back makes the difference. Her warmth and leadership will never cease to inspire!

While she hasn’t had a massage yet, she’s eager to experience one soon and values the role massage therapy plays in overall wellness. Her personal self-care routine includes hitting the gym and keeping up with skincare and hair care. Outside of work, Miriah enjoys shopping, taking her three dogs to the park, and staying active. A proud dog mom and auntie to five, she finds joy in spending time with her family and creating a happy, welcoming home with her girlfriend.
