Biography:
Meet Allison, a dedicated mom of four who has a passion for exploring new places and creating unforgettable memories with her family. Born and raised in California, Allison has always had a love for adventure and travel. She particularly loves visiting Disneyland where she can relive her own childhood memories while watching her kids make their own.
Allison has spent her entire career in the massage industry, where she has developed a deep understanding of the body and promoting wellness. Her passion for helping others extends beyond just talking about massage, she loves building relationships with clients and her team to create a positive, healing environment. She has seen first-hand the power of massage therapy and loves that Oak Haven is able to provide that to both our clients and team.
In addition to that, she also loves developing teams and helping others find their passion. She loves building strong relationships with the people she works closely with and fostering a sense of community and positive culture at Oak Haven.

Biography:
Claire started her career as a young film graduate, dedicating her time to the technical side of the film industry. She lived a high energy life alongside Austin’s live music venues and promotional film scene. But after working on a feature film, she found herself burnt out and looking for a drastic career shift. Luckily, that’s when she took her technical mind to Oak Haven.
Claire started off as an Executive Assistant, but her ability to organize accounts was quickly recognized and promoted her to AP Clerk. She perfectly fused her logical mind to the organizational responsibility that she once loved in film. Except now, she quite literally keeps the lights on! She manages payments/company spending, all while building relationships with vendors for top-of-the-line technology and products. Her ability to manage resources leaves our staff feeling supported and our clients feeling relaxed.
So, while she may not work for the limelight, Claire most definitely earns her spot in the credits. She attributes her refreshed career to her peers seeing the potential that she had yet to see in herself.
In return, we use her background as a bragging right and are thankful for the insight she brings to our team!

Courtney is our talented graphic designer and social media specialist at Oak Haven. With a degree from Texas State, she focuses on creating visuals that showcase the therapeutic benefits of alternative medicine and capture the essence of our community. Courtney’s work highlights the diversity and passion within Oak Haven, bringing our story to life through her designs and posts.
Outside of work, Court enjoys exploring Austin’s awesome food scene, traveling to the beach, and lake outings with her husband, their baby boy Krew, and their two German Shorthair Pointer dogs. Her personal and professional lives are both driven by a deep appreciation for vibrant experiences and visual storytelling.

Biography:
Desiree is a retired professional dancer who has spent years performing on cruise ships and in New York. After a long and fulfilling career in the arts, Desiree decided to plant roots in Austin in 2021. She brings with her a wealth of experience from her past life as a marketing director in the fitness industry.
In her free time, Desiree loves to stay active and keep moving. She can often be found hiking the nearby trails, running at Town Lake, or practicing yoga in one of Austin’s many parks. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new places whenever she can.
Desiree is excited to be starting a new chapter of her life in Austin and is looking forward to diving into the city’s vibrant live music scene. She’s eager to attend all the music festivals Austin has to offer and can’t wait to experience all the city has to offer.

Jeff, originally from Houston, TX, brings precision and heart to the corporate side of massage therapy. He believes in maintaining balance through meditation, walks, exercise, and the occasional round of golf. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting vinyl records, building Legos, and cheering on Houston sports teams. He’s also part of a cookoff team for the Houston rodeo and cherishes time spent with his nieces and nephews.

Jessica is passionate about the positive effects of massage and wellness, a calling sparked by her first massage given by a close friend and mentor. She is committed to promoting the benefits of massage and has integrated her core values of creativity, integrity, and service into her professional life. Jessica is both hardworking and empathetic, treating everyone with warmth and respect.
Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her two children, including camping, beach trips, and visits to Disney World.

Biography:
Liv started working for Oak Haven 9 years ago and her promotional journey has been a constant. She started out as a part-time receptionist, then full time – became a supervisor, then a manager, then an administrator… (whew! Take a breath) and now, is the HR Coordinator for the corporate office. She onboards new hires, coordinates training and advocates for the staff’s needs across all Oak Haven locations. Through her progress, Liv has proven to be a multi-faceted and adaptable force to be reckoned with!
When she’s not in the office, she’s usually watching films with her husband. When she’s in the office, she’s dissecting those films and becoming overly excited about any surprise foreshadowing.
For Liv, every good movie is filled with humanizing detail and as a coordinator that genuinely cares for others, those are the lines that matter.
Her goal is to pay attention to the details and become a centralized resource for employees to share their concerns, input and ideas. She believes that communication is integral in advocating for our staff’s individual needs. At Oak Haven, she wants to create a cohesive onboarding experience, and our team members want to grow into positions that exhibit their unique gifts.
So, we plan to accomplish both with Liv as our HR coordinator.
Together, we’d love to welcome you onboard and introduce you to her charismatic personality.
Afterall, to not meet Liv is to not meet someone who can quote every line of Hot Fuzz by heart… and what a shame that would be!

In her free time, Misty enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, listening to music, and playing video games. Her favorite thing about Oak Haven Massage is being part of a company that treats both its clients and employees like family, a value that resonates deeply with her. Misty’s genuine care and connection make her a beloved member of the Oak Haven team.

Sara was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Before joining our team, she worked as a spa concierge which was also a field where her sole purpose was the relaxation of her clients. It’s been almost a decade since she officially entered the world of massage therapy.
The biggest gift and the source of Sara’s job satisfaction is the moment she gets to see the relaxation on a client’s face after their session. She understands the power and effectiveness of massage therapy which can change not only the mood or physical condition of a person but also their whole life experience.
Sara believes in living a purposeful life. To her, life is a one-time opportunity to create an impact in this world. When she’s not working, Sara loves spending quality time with her pets and loved ones.

Tessa started her journey into the world of wellness as a dedicated Pilates instructor. She learned the ins-and-out of the business by owning her own studio and managing most of her corporate accounts. But when her 3 children went off to college, she sold the studio and began accounting to progress in a more technical career.
Though she enjoyed crunching numbers, she knew that she wanted to be a part of a company that didn’t isolate, but rather, helped her build meaningful relationships. So, when Tessa met Allison in 2020 sparks flew and something clicked! Having owned a business herself, they shared a mutual respect and similar vision for the company. She saw that Ally was driven and would never put her skillsets in a box. In fact, she was encouraged by the challenges the company faced and knew she could effect change on a macro-scale. And she did exactly that!
Today, Tessa stands as an integral part of the Oak Haven community through her accuracy and fluidity. She deeply respects the talent that surrounds her and has developed a collaborative process that supports her peers. We are beyond elated to have crossed paths with yet another businesswoman who inspires the heart of our company and advocates for its growth daily.
