Our therapists are the best paid in the business with our top therapists making over $100,000 annually. The hourly rate is $28-$52 per hour plus tips.

All therapists are W-2 employees of Oak Haven Massage.

Most of our therapists have at least five years of experience, but we are looking for therapists that are passionate about deep tissue, therapeutic bodywork. If you have the skills, experience level does not matter.

We offer our full-time therapists full medical coverage (health, dental, vision, life) as well as vacation pay, free CEUs and license renewal fee reimbursement.

Yes! We do not require a certain number of hours.

No. Our therapists are not required to sell memberships or products. We focus on providing exceptional care and making recommendations based on each client’s individual needs and goals.

We offer a wide range of training classes including Communication, Ethics and Boundaries, Draping, Clinical Mastery, Small Group Mentoring, Leadership, Customer Service, Anatomy, Deep Tissue and more. We offer over 300 hours of training each year at each location. Our training is based on our proprietary style of bodywork “The Oak Haven Method” which focuses on teaching therapists how to treat conditions including low back, hip, carpal tunnel, neck, headaches, leg, foot, TMJ and rotator cuff pain.
