Outside Students: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduled classes.

If the class is changed or canceled more than 72 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, classes canceled with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the entire class fee.


Oak Haven Employees: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduled classes.

If an employee misses a class or cancels with less than 72 hours notice there is a $25 payroll deduction.
